All returns or exchanges will be honored up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items must be returned in “New Condition” (un-washed). For domestic returns please email or call customer service to receive a prepaid return shipping label. For exchanges outside of the United States some shipping charges may apply. If the product was damaged in shipping, defective, or a mistake was made by Konfusion Clothing, LLC you will never have to send any form of payment when returning product(s).
