We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and stand proudly behind all of our products here at Konfusion Clothing. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with one of our products, your satisfaction is our goal.
All returns or exchanges will be honored up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items must be returned in “New Condition” (un-washed). For domestic returns please email or call customer service to receive a prepaid return shipping label. For exchanges outside of the United States some shipping charges may apply. If the product was damaged in shipping, defective, or a mistake was made by Konfusion Clothing, LLC you will never have to send any form of payment when returning product(s).

However you can reach us by phone at 1-505-227-3487 (M-F 9am–6pm EST). We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you forward or include the confirmation email you received when placing the order in all emails to customer service.
